The Health and Social Services Integration Foundation is an institution that works in the field of developing leadership, administrative and technical skills for health workers and has extensive experience in the field of infection control, training, health and environmental services.
The experience of the Foundation members and the Board of Trustees extends back to 2004, when many programs were implemented that aim to raise the leadership efficiency of service providers, including doctors, nurses, technicians and administrators in hospitals, departments and health units in the governorates of Aswan, Luxor and Qena, through training in management and leadership skills with the aim of improving medical performance.
Training Partnerships
Since 2014, the Foundation has partnered with various organizations such as the Egyptian Ambulance Authority, Health Affairs Directorates in Aswan and Luxor, Kafr El-Dawar General Hospital, and Mustafa Mahmoud Association Hospital. It has also worked with institutions like Ain Shams University, Suez Canal University, and Damanhour University. Training projects have included working with the Cabinet’s Slums Development Fund and implementing a health support project for community school students in Aswan in collaboration with Misr El Kheir Foundation.
Economic Support
Beyond health initiatives, the Foundation has contributed to economic development by establishing a production complex for craft workers in environmental materials. This initiative supports product quality improvement, electronic marketing, coding, and exhibition participation. Partnerships with organizations such as the Social Fund, Vision Life Foundation, and the Solar Energy Investors Association have expanded these efforts. Recently, the Foundation has signed partnership agreements with UNICEF and CARE Egypt to further its mission.
