About Us
The Minimal Invasive Surgery Society of Upper Egypt was established on February 5, 2017, as part of the Takamul Foundation for Health and Social Services, registered under No. 1472 in 2015 with the Ministry of Social Solidarity. Since its inception, the society’s primary goal has been to enhance the skills, scientific knowledge, and technical expertise of doctors in Upper Egypt. The society has continued its journey of cultural, scientific, and training activities without interruption ever since.

MISSUE Activities
Scientific Conferences
Hosting an annual scientific conference for doctors in South Upper Egypt (2017-2020).
The conference resumed in February 2023 with the participation of the President of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Training Courses
Organizing training courses on gynecological surgical endoscopy across governorates such as Aswan, Luxor, Qena, Minya, Port Said, and Cairo.
Providing qualifying courses for doctors to obtain an International Diploma in Endoscopy from the University of Clermont-Ferrand, Paris, France.
Awareness Seminars
Conducting one-day seminars addressing various medical topics and advancements.
Professional Development for Doctors
Offering courses in infection control, quality assurance, fetal medicine, ultrasound imaging, and hospital management to support career advancement.

Establishing cooperation protocols with local and international scientific organizations.
